El objetivo principal del Performance Specialist se centra en la ejecución, optimización y el análisis del rendimiento de las campañas y estrategias de marketing digital. Su objetivo es asegurar que todas las acciones de marketing digital generen los mejores resultados posibles, en términos de retorno de inversión (ROI), engagement, conversiones, y otros indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs).

¿Qué harás en este rol?
**Análisis de Datos y Métricas**: Monitorear, analizar e interpretar datos y métricas de rendimiento de las campañas de marketing para evaluar su eficacia.
**Estrategia de Publicidad Digital**: Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias para publicidad digital en plataformas como Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads,Tiktok, Bing, entre otras.
**Optimización de Campañas**: Ajustar y optimizar continuamente las campañas de marketing digital para mejorar el retorno de inversión (ROI) y otros indicadores clave de rendimiento (CPL, Conversión, etc).
**SEO y SEM**: Gestionar y optimizar estrategias de Search Engine Optimization (SEO) y Search Engine Marketing (SEM) para mejorar la visibilidad y el ranking en motores de búsqueda.
**Análisis Competitivo**: Realizar análisis competitivos para entender las tendencias del mercado y ajustar las estrategias de marketing en consecuencia.
**Marketing de Contenidos**: Colaborar en la estrategia de contenidos, asegurándose de que estos sean relevantes y efectivos para alcanzar los objetivos de rendimiento.
**Pruebas A/B y Experimentación**: Realizar pruebas A/B y otros métodos de experimentación para encontrar las estrategias más efectivas.
**Presupuesto y Gestión de Recursos**: Administrar el presupuesto de marketing digital y asegurarse de que los recursos se utilicen de manera eficiente.
**Análisis y Optimización del Funnel**: Responsable de identificar los puntos de fricción, y realizar las mejoras, automatizaciones o integraciones que se requieran con el objetivo de aumentar las tasas de conversión en cada etapa del funnel.

**Requisitos**:
¿Qué buscamos?
Ingeniero Civil, Periodista, Diseñador, Publicista, Especialista en Marketing, Administrador de empresas, Ingeniero Comercial,
Al menos 4 años de experiência laboral previa en equipos de marketing o cargos afines.
**Conocimiento en**: Google Ads⁣, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager⁣, Facebook Business Manager⁣, LinkedIn Campaign Manager⁣, TikTok Ads⁣
**Manejo herramientas de Automatización de Marketing**: ⁣ Marketing Cloud⁣, Kommo⁣, Zapier⁣, Instapage⁣.

**Manejo en otras herramientas**: Hotjar, Salesforce - Marketing Cloud⁣, Google Data Studio⁣, Notion, Excel Avanzado⁣.
