**Team Description**
As part of the team, you'll play a key role in SumUp's growth in Chile. We're a diverse group working with Acquisition. Together, we devise innovative strategies to grow SumUp, attracting new customers and keeping existing merchants excited about our products. If you're moved by empowering small business owners around the world, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for a Specialist to help us improve our Growth team by advertising our card readers and other products all over the country.
**You will**
- Manage our current paid channels & open new ones that may fit our purpose.
- Deliver our acquisition campaign structure on different online channels.
- Optimize our strategy, accomplishing more and cheaper conversions WoW.
- Propose hypotheses & deliver experiments to test them, seeking better results.
- Automate the reporting of the performance and main metrics of your domain.
- Build routines to review ads' performance, giving constant feedback to our Designers.
- Analyze results to constantly make data driven decisions.
**You'll be great for this position if you have**
- Advanced skills in Facebook Business and/or Google Ads.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Advanced or fluent english.
- Experience experimenting & testing hypotheses.
- Basic SQL skills.
- Some experience in any data visualization tool.
- Video marketing experience
