El Trade Marketing Specialist será el responsable de la fidelización de los puntos de venta, a través de planes de incentivos, campañas y comunicación. Es quien debe velar por la satisfacción de la experiência del agente, en todos los puntos de contacto con IGT
- Definir y gestionar estrategia Implementación Marca Retail.
- Definir y gestionar estrategia Fidelización usuarios Retail.
- Definir y gestionar planes de Incentivos Ejecutivos
- Definir y gestionar plan de Fidelización Agentes.
- Apoyo estrategia de Venta, productos Retail.
- Realizar diversas actividades que requieran coordinación con el equipo, con otras áreas de la empresa y/o externa.
**Requisitos**:
**Educación**:
Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería en Marketing o carrera afín.
**Experiência**:
De 1 a 2 años de experiência en cargos similares, experiência en Marketing, implementación de puntos de venta, trabajo en terreno, manejo de proveedores, plan de incentivos.
**Conocimientos Escenciales**:
- Excel Intermedio
- Capacidad de análisis.
