**Funciones del cargo**:
Actuar como el punto de contacto principal para los clientes asignados, asegurando su éxito continuo con nuestros servicios/productos.

Proveer onboarding efectivo a nuevos clientes, asegurando una implementación fluida.

Monitorear la salud de las cuentas de clientes, anticipando problemas y ofreciendo soluciones proactivas.

Identificar y generar oportunidades de upselling y cross-selling en colaboración con el equipo de ventas.

Recoger y analizar feedback de los clientes para mejorar nuestros productos y servicios.

Colaborar con equipos internos para resolver problemas técnicos o de soporte de manera oportuna.

Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de fidelización y retención de clientes.

**Requerimientos del cargo**:
Al menos 2 años de experiência en roles relacionados con Customer Success, Key Account Manager o similares.

Capacidad para resolver problemas de manera proactiva y con enfoque en el cliente.

Experiência trabajando con herramientas de CRM y plataformas de gestión de clientes (como HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

Habilidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y priorizar tareas en un entorno dinámico.
