**Misión del puesto**:
Responsable de apoyo en labores de Recursos Humanos y administrativos, análisis completos, fidedignos u oportunos de las actividades relacionados con la administración y recursos humanos. Lo anterior debe ser desarrollado dentro de los estándares establecidos y bajo la estricta disciplina del tiempo.

**Funciones del puesto**:

- Dar a conocer las políticas, códigos de conducta y diferentes capacitaciones a los empleados reciéncontratados y en práctica.
- Responsable de apoyo en las labores de Recursos Humanos y administración.
- Comunicar de los acontecimientos o actividades relacionados con Recursos Humanos.
- Participar del proceso de Remuneraciones.
- Llevar nómina de los empleados de DSV Chile.
- Mantener las carpetas de cada trabajador al día.Responsabilidad del puesto
- Participar en proceso de capacitaciones de los empleados
- Apoyo en la mantención de Base de datos de los empleados
- Efectuar seguimiento alumnos en practica
- Archivar ordenada y sistemáticamente la documentacion recibida
- Preparar análisis de gestión relacionadas con Recursos Humanos y Administración
- Informar del estado de las actividades programáticas de DSV Chile relacionados con los empleados
- Participar de capacitaciones y actividades relaciones en prevención de riesgo y IST

**Formación Profesional / Experiência Laboral**:

- Estudios:Técnico o Ingeniería en Administración de Recursos Humanos -Contables o Administrativos

**Idiomas**:

- Lenguaje local fluido (Verbal y Escrito).
- Inglés básico(Verbal y Escrito preferiblemente)

**Sistemas**:

- Manejo de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Otros)
- Buen manejo de sistemas de IT
