**Pet Professional Pillar Head - Royal Canin - Santiago, Chile**:
**The Pet Professional Pillar Head is responsible for developing and implementing the strategy and business plan for the Pet Professional Pillar (Vet and Pro) in Chile.**:

**Lead the transformation of the **pillar** business model based on the principles of Prescription, Subscription and Reward, ensuring the business growth trajectory, mutually profitable relationship with customers, aligned with our strategic plan and category vision.**:

**Give **regular updates and perspective to all management team members about Chilean market, players, shopper & customer habits and play active role defining long-term business strategy for Royal Canin Chile.**:
**What are we looking for?**:

- ** Bachelor’s degree (preferably BA or Vet background)**:

- ** Proven track record in Customer Management, Key Accounts, marketing. Functional experience in Vet channel or pharmaceutical industry is a plus**:

- ** People leadership experience 5-8 years**:

- ** Understands all sales functions i.e. Finance, Supply, Customer, Field**:

- ** Analytical skills support by high degree of IT skills related to use of Microsoft PP, Word, MS Excel**:

- ** Open minded, visionary, high sense of new business opportunities and project management capability**:

- ** At least 5-10 years of experience as Sales and/or Marketing Manager in animal care, pharmaceutical or mass consumption companies.**:

- ** Digital experience (working with e-commerce and/or pure players)**:

- ** Leadership skills and experience**:

- ** Teamwork oriented**:

- ** Fluent Spanish and English**:
**What will be your key responsibilities?**:

- ** Develop and implement long-term and short-term business strategy, budget and OGSM within Pet Professional Pillar.**:

- ** Lead the VET and PRO marketing activation plans in accordance with OGSM to ensure achievement of growth targets.**:

- ** Grow market share within VET AND PRO channels by developing marketing plans and programs for Royal Canin product portfolio.**:

- ** Develop pricing strategies balancing company objectives and customer satisfaction to ensure correct product positioning and product profitability improving SRM price index conformity. Ensure balance between correct levels of MAC% per product and competitiveness in market.**:

- ** Manage product portfolio to ensure that the final portfolio truly reflects the business strategy in VET and PRO channels and is closely tied to market needs and company objectives.**:

- ** Identify current and future needs; generate powerful consumer insights to drive brand plans that contribute to achievement of business targets and lead to profitable business growth: Provide short
- and long-term market potential predictions and reports through market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.**:

- ** Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-term issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.**:

- ** Identify and develop strategies for increasing brand awareness with B2B target clients. Establish effective communication with key accounts to drive successful partnership.**:

- ** Constantly monitor performance of ranges and efficiency of activities and provide feedback and conclusions to internal stakeholders to be certain that the achievement of business objectives is within set KPIs and designated budgets.**:

- ** Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.**:

- ** Close collaboration with CA function to manage external market environment (KOL partnerships, universities etc).**:

- ** Organize events (other than scientific trainings) for Vet and Pro community.**:

- ** Implement Elective/Selective approach to Pro Channel, focus on which breeders we want to develop and work with.**:

- ** Build a high-performance team to ensure targets are achieved, all associates are highly engaged as well as develop a strong talent pipeline through effective leadership.**:

- ** Responsible to lead, develop, engage, and motivate a high-performance Sales and Marketing teams through excellent leadership, to ensure a perfect execution of the plan,**:

- ** Actively share, contribute, and work together with the Cluster, Regional and Global teams, to foster collaboration, exploring opportunities, influencing, and supporting the execution of global strategy**:

- ** Part of the unit leadership team has responsibility beyond the functional team, and applies to the overall Unit organization, team, and business.**:

- ** Dedicate significant portion of time to field presence.**:
