We are looking for the best bilingual and experienced customer service executives in the world of video games and technology for one of our important clients whose mission is to connect media around the world.
What would your duties be?
- Know the flow of production and the services available in order to be able to anticipate the needs of customers.
- Monitor quality and provide corrections and solutions to ensure processes and other content are compliant.
- Raise incidents and refer them to the corresponding areas for their solution
- Ensure that files meet quality control specifications for the intended country
- Manage the billing of the services contracted by the clients
- Ensure adherence to delivery deadlines and service level agreements
Main Requirements:
- Proficiency in oral and written English, advanced level.
- Experience in customer services
- Flexibility to adapt work schedules according to needs/contingencies
