- About the Role- Supporting Finance function in continuously improving its effectiveness through having integrated fit-for-purpose Planning & Reporting processes. Supporting the function in delivering data driven solutions to improve the businesses operational and financial performance.**Key Accountabilities**:
- Works with Ops to collect and process all inputs to 2-Year Budget and quarterly forecasts, focusing on driving performance to benchmarks.- Analyses output of - 2-Year Budget and quarterly forecasts for variability and improvement opportunities.
- Uses models, systems and tools to ensure an optimal approach in delivering business requests that drives process efficiency and standardisation.
- Works with FBPs to ensure there is a robust plan for delivery of functional plans including (but not limited) 2-Year Budget and quarterly forecasts). There must be a strong focus on driving performance to benchmarks.
- Delivers key analyses over the 2-Year Budget and quarterly forecasts for variability and improvement opportunities.
- Confidently present ideas, results and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Deliver comprehensive data analysis to support value identification the assets.
- Works collaboratively to deliver process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and standardisation. Optimises planning by working closely with the Manager of P&R and its peers.
- Provides critical and accurate financial analysis to support decisions on tactical and strategic business challenge
- About You- To be a top performer you will need:
- Degree qualification in Business or related discipline
- Intermediate English Proficiency.
- At least 5 years of related experience.
