Propósito
A cargo de la gestión comercial y digital de nuestras marcas dentro de los eCommerce de nuestros partners Fashion: Bold y The Line.
Dentro de sus principales responsabilidades esta el trabajar con distintos equipos para armar los planes comerciales de marca por cada temporada, la construcción e implementación del plan de marketing de las cuentas digitales, asegurando el acceso a los KPI para la operación regular y analizar constantemente las ventas y el inventario para tomar acciones inmediatas y buscar oportunidades futuras.
Pertenece al área de Digital Partner Commerce (DPC) dentro de la Dirección de Wholesale.- Principales funciones
- Responsable de implementar la estrategia digital de adidas en nuestros principales partners del mundo Fashion.
- Responsable de las ventas digitales en estos canales y de la correcta presencia de la marca en todas las partes del funnel.
- Medición constante de los KPIs claves de eCommerce y cuantificar impacto de acciones e iniciativas realizadas.
- Garantizar en conjunto con Marketing, contenido consistente y premium de Adidas en los eCommerce de nuestros partners.
- Trabajar en conjunto con los KAM en la estrategia comercial digital de adidas en nuestros partners (p. ej., Sell-ins, reuniones de cuentas clave, reuniones de Gerente General/Director de Ventas, reuniones de Ventas y Marketing, etc.).
- Optimización de inversiones, maximizando el sell out y ROAS.
- Conocimientos
- Comprensión completa de los KPI digitales clave (por ejemplo, impresiones, CTR, vistas de PDP, ATC, CVR, ROAS), su naturaleza interconectada y qué palancas impulsar para mejorar el rendimiento.
- Experiência trabajando en entornos multifuncionales con un conjunto diverso de partes interesadas.
- Enfoque en cumplimiento de resultados.

Requisitos: Experiência y Habilidades
- Formación academica: Ingeniería Comercial, Civil Industrial o carreras afines.
- Aproximadamente 1-2 años de experiência en funciones similares relacionadas al eCommerce, Digital Sales & Business, Marketing Digital.
- Pasión por el mundo digital, eCommerce y la creación de contenido.
- Ideal contar con experiência o conocimientos con plataformas digitales tales como Google, BI Adobe.
- Sólidas habilidades con Microsoft Office, especificamente Excel.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
- Capacidad de organización, planificación y multitasking.
- Inglés fluido, tanto verbal como escrito.
