HR Business Advisor Intern Chile

Responsibilities include:
- HR Support - advise and provide administrative support to HR Business Advisors, managers and employees on queries relating to HR policies, procedures and benefits
- Project Support - important stakeholder to support for key HR initiatives
- Risk and Controls - Support practices and policies required to meet the risk and controls environment goal
Qualifications include:
- Just Graduated
- Fluent in English;
- Knowledge of MS Office package
- Ability to handle multiple demands and shifting priorities; operate with a sense of urgency and ambiguity
- Strong written and oral communication skills

For those in eligible roles, discretionary incentive compensation which may be awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions.
