The ACG Internship Program aims to provide a rich, relevant, and rewarding experience for college students. The goal of the program is to provide interns the opportunity to connect, network, and grow as they work on department-specific projects and is designed to enhance the skills and abilities of young professionals as well as to identify and attract future talent for our organization.

In this position with the AAA ACG Discounts & Rewards team you will:- Participate in improving the D&R platform member experience, as well as, assisting the team with acquiring new Discounts &Rewards partners.

A DAY IN THE LIFE of a Regional Marketing Intern

ACG is seeking a motivated student to join our team as a Discounts & Rewards Intern who will work with the D&R team and marketing to increase membership value and drive membership acquisition and retention. With the focus on making, it easier for our members to engage with us and attracting younger members.- Assist with researching and identifying WOW Wednesday deals Assist with local Discounts & Rewards partner acquisition, which may include contact businesses to see if they want to become a partner.- Assist with onboarding new Discounts & Rewards partners including adding the partner and the offer to the D&R Platform Back Office.- Assist with reviewing and testing the Discounts & Rewards platform to include providing navigation and search feedback for enhancing the member experience. This may include researching competitive sites and participating in user acceptance testing.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
- Expand your communication skills and networking reach.- Develop strong project and time management skills by leading our weekly WOW Wednesday efforts.- Gain real-world experience in partnership management through research, acquiring and on-boarding of new partners.- Cross-collaborate and network among the many business lines of ACG.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO

Must have:
- Must be studying Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Sales, Digital Marketing, or related field- Possess a basic understanding of marketing and data analytics principles- Strong communication skills, decision making, ability to drive results, and interpersonal skills- Experience with Microsoft Office

Must be:
- At least a junior or senior and must be fully enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program at an accredited college/university- Legally authorized to work in the U.S

Compensation and Time Commitment

The Auto Club Group will provide compensation of $18.50/hour for 30 hours/week. The intern will be expected to report during the hours of 9:00am - 4:00pm (ET) Monday through Friday with 1 hour lunch break for the duration of the Fall Semester.
