El Learning and Development Manager será responsable de facilita amplios espacios de aprendizaje, manteniendo una interfaz con el equipo multidisciplinario, levantando soluciones de aprendizaje a las distintas necesidades de negocio.
Es un Business Partner con unidades de negocio específicas dentro de la organización para entregar y ejecutar la estrategia de excelencia en ventas, marketing, acceso y distintos procesos en línea con las prioridades de la compañía. Establece planes operativos y entregar soluciones de aprendizaje para desarrollar las competencias del área comercial. Impulsar el rendimiento convirtiéndose en el socio aliado de los distintos stakeholders y lideres de la organización.

**Principales Tareas**:

- Estructurar y liderar el proceso de desarrollo profesional del equipo comercial alineado a la estrategia organizacional.
- Desarrollar, acompañar e incentivar la entrega de resultados comerciales a través de una excelente ejecución y desarrollo de competencias trabajando directamente con el área de Talent & RRHH.
- Implementar y gestionar soluciones de aprendizaje impactantes que impulsen un cambio sostenido en el trabajo y un impacto comercial.
- Liderar la metodología y logística de reuniones estratégicas con el equipo de ventas: Business Review, BootCamp, reuniones de equipo / ciclo (si corresponde) así como la convención de ventas.
- Identificar en el equipo oportunidades que permiten alcanzar metas individuales y grupales.
- Acompañamiento a los diferentes equipos comerciales en terreno.
- Implementar planes de mejora basados en las tendencias y áreas de mejora acordadas con los líderes de cada Unidad de Negocio.
- Realizar seguimiento de la ejecución e implementación de las estrategias comerciales.
- Usar tecnología como plataformas digitales, aplicaciones, programas de aprendizaje y otros para producir algunos de los materiales de capacitación a través de la autogestión y minimizar los tiempos.
- Fomentar la motivación de los equipos a través del coaching.

**Requisitos**:

- Al menos 2 años de experiência en capacitación / educación.
- 3+ años como representante médico (deseable)
- 2+ años como Gerente de Negocios (Deseable)
- Título Universitario en áreas de la salud (medicina, farmacia o carrera afín) (deseable).
- Haber cursado un MBA será un plus.
- Conocimiento en procesos de Coaching.
- Manejo de herramientas digitales como Excel (intermedio/avanzado) y CRM (deseable)
- Conocimiento sobre el funcionamiento de la industria farmacéutica (áreas, líneas, normativa, etc.).
- Inglés Avanzado
