**About JLL**:
**About the position**:
As a critical member of the LatAm HR team, you will support the execution of the People Strategy and delivery and promote best practice and operational excellence of HR across the business. You will be responsible for providing HR support and consultation to the Management in support of key strategic HR initiatives, including supporting other HR Key players in the execution of the people strategy across the talent lifecycle. You will be an advocate for the wider function and leverage HRAs, HRBPs, COEs and HR Business Services teams to meet strategic HR needs of the business.

**Scope**: HR support for Local and regional WPM Accounts. Geographical HR/Labor scope ownership for Chile, Ecuador and Paraguay.

**Schedule**: Full time

**Work location**: Corporate Office Chile.

**Responsibilities**:
Support the execution of the overall people strategy and key HR initiatives for Local and regional WPM Accounts, and other local Business Line services.
Understand the business and management priorities, including Account strategy, P&L, and key initiatives that drive the bottom line.
Use internal networks and pull on previous HR experience, to advocate best practices and support development and execution of strategy, policy and practice, and business initiatives Ability to build partnerships at all levels
Partner with the HR team and the Business to support a wide range of projects across Talent Management, Staffing / Recruiting, Employee Relations, Compensation, Payroll and Business Planning
Partner with the key Site Leaders in Chile, keeping close contact with JLL population at client sites thru regular visits.
Support the annual performance management, Talent review, succession plans, pulse survey, and other key HR processes by educating managers and employees, driving analysis of completion rates and encouraging thoughtful participation in the process
Work with the Senior HR Advisors and HRBPs, supporting Managers to address employee performance issues by providing advice and counsel, data and analytics, best practices, escalating and working with Risk and Legal where appropriate
Assist in the production and delivery of analytics, trends, feedback and other data to Sr. HRA, HRBPs, and Account Leadership to improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of the HR team / processes, or broader organizational performance
Work with HR Business Services teams as needed to identify and resolve employee data issues. Actively leverage the HR technology in order to drive value and results
Advocate and support the use of the full suite of HR service offerings (example: Workday, HR Services Now) acting as role model and facilitator to ensure business areas adhere to, and HR deliver to agreed service offerings
Position yourself as a credible champion who embodies the JLL culture and values in all of your interactions. Integrate a mindset around diversity and inclusion constantly; be able and willing to coach others’ to understand ways to optimize the firm’s values

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:
At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, generalist, with exposure to a broad range of HR services.
Bachelor’s degree with a major emphasis in HR or other relevant field is required
Ability to coach and influence.
Ability to build partnerships at all levels
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively deliver presentations.

Advanced level of English required.
