**Acerca de la posición**

Coordinar, controlar y ejecutar el proceso de venta y post venta de la cartera de clientes asignada, a fin de asegurar el cumplimiento del presupuesto de ventas definido por la compañía y la fidelización del cliente

Tu impacto como **“Customer Service Specialist”**:

- Contrato plazo fijo 6 a 9 meses, con posibilidades de contratación indefinida, de acuerdo con disponibilidad de vacante y desempeño.
- Emitir y hacer seguimiento de cotizaciones nacionales, internacionales e intercompany, solicitadas por clientes y/o vendedor terreno
- Hacer seguimiento, coordinar y controlar la fabricación y retiro de productos ingresados en PV
- Ingresar, hacer seguimiento y dar respuesta al cliente sobre los reclamos recepcionados, mediante el ingreso de la solicitud en SAP, reuniones con el área de C&T y entrega de informe al cliente
- Solicitar recepci
- n conforme por parte del cliente (HES, MIGO), entregando esta documentación para la facturación
- Apoyar en la cobranza de facturas pendientes de pago, manteniendo la comunicación constante con el cliente
- Asistir la gestión comercial de los Market Manager o Vendedores de terreno, realizando la gestión documentaria y atención directa al cliente

**Habilidades y competencias esenciales**
- Título de Ingeniería comercial o administración de empresas
- Experiência trabajando con SAP
- Ingles intermedio excluyente
- 5 años de experiência en funciones similares en empresas de manufactura
