Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
Funciones- Velar por la operación de las ciudades mediante un sistema de turnos rotativos con el principal objetivo de evitar cancelaciones y velar por una buena experiência en la ciudad.- Trabajar en los indicadores operacionales de la ciudad, zonas y microzonas que corresponda, teniendo principal cuidado con los KPIs de operación que son: cancelaciones, defect rate, churn y porcentaje de flota activa con tarjeta de dispersión.- Monitorear muy de cerca la operación en ciudades y zonas en expansión, que permitan el buen desempeño y sostenibilidad de las mismas, para con esto poder brindar mejor servicio a nuestros clientes.- Apoyar los lineamientos de Operaciones (global, regional y local) en el despliegue de distintas herramientas y configuraciones de la aplicación, dando seguimiento al desarrollo en la ciudad de forma tal de asegurar su éxito o buscando un plan de ejecución particular a su contexto.- Acompañar al equipo comercial de la ciudad en los planes de crecimiento de la ciudad, levantando las alertas que correspondan y armando planes que permitan el éxito de los mismos.- Detectar oportunamente problemas con aliados, ya sean de configuración, horarios, catálogo o cualquier otro que se pueda asociar a la operación.

Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?- Domiciliado en Santiago (No excluyente, pero preferentemente)- Conocimiento básico de Suits Google o plataforma Office.- Comunicación asertiva.- Ser 100% hands-on
