Ecolab S.A, empresa líder mundial en tecnologías y servicios de agua, higiene y energía que protegen a las personas y los recursos vitales, necesita para su equipo de Eliminación de plagas, personas responsables, proactivas y comprometidas con el trabajo, para ocupar el rol de Especialista de Servicio.
Responsabilidades Principales:
- Conocer características y beneficios de los productos de Ecolab y posicionarlos con los clientes.
- Proporcionar al cliente un ambiente libre de plagas, aplicando las técnicas necesarias para lograrlo.
- Diagnosticar y definir las áreas de afectación de cada cliente, analizar sus causas y consecuencias, para posteriormente resolverlos efectivamente, entender, comprender y resolver las necesidades de los clientes
- Proveer servicio a cada cuenta asignada en términos de calidad y buscar oportunidades de negocio con los clientes.
- Desarrollar planes de contingencia.
- Planificar y organizar el calendario de Rutas y cumplir con las visitas planificadas.
- Realizar reportes de las visitas realizadas a los clientes.
- Dar soporte Técnico, en lo que se refiere a recomendaciones para evitar la contaminación.
