OBJETIVO DEL CARGO / (JOB STATEMENT)

Entregar un servicio óptimo de post-venta a los clientes, a través del diagnóstico, evaluación, desarme y armado de equipos nuevos y de aquellos que presenten problemas, otorgando soluciones expertas en la Línea de Producto respectiva.

DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES DEL CARGO / (JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)

Evaluar, diagnosticar y determinar soluciones de equipos en terreno, participar efectivamente en análisis de fallas.
Dar asistencia técnica experta en el montaje de equipos nuevos y/o reacondicionados.
Asistir los servicios técnico asignados al área, entregando soporte especializado.
Apoyar en las recomendaciones necesarias, para una mantención de componentes Metso.
Confeccionar los informes de reclamos de garantías de servicios.
Participar en reuniones de inicio y cierre de servicios técnicos.
Recomendar repuestos a los servicios asociados.
Generar informes técnicos de servicio dentro de los plazos establecidos.
Capacitar y entrenar al personal a cargo, o generar las instancias para hacerlo, sobre los métodos correctos de operación y el o los procedimientos seguros de trabajo, debiendo mantener los registros correspondientes.
Buscar nuevas oportunidades de negocios, informando de ellas a su supervisor
Generar reporte de distribución de trabajo semanal (informe de HH) a su supervisor directo.
Crecimiento en forma permanente de capacitaciones otorgadas Metso, acerca de Up-grades de equipos, actualizaciones emitidas por Fábrica entre otras.
Ampliar sus conocimientos a las Diversas Líneas de Producto de Metso, para formarse como especialista en diversas Áreas (Metso otorgará plan de crecimiento).
Cumplir la legislación vigente en materia de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente, efectuando el servicio en forma segura y eficiente, garantizando la satisfacción de clientes internos y externos.
Tomará todas las medidas de seguridad, prevención y control de riesgos para proteger la integridad de las y los trabajadores propios y contratistas, del equipo y lugar de trabajo e instalaciones propias y de nuestros clientes, no pudiéndose ejecutar trabajos, tareas, operaciones o actividades, sin su cumplimiento.
Instruir e incentivar a los trabajadores a reportar defectos o condiciones que estén debajo de los estándares y que afecten la seguridad del lugar, para que las acciones correctivas puedan ser aplicadas en forma apropiada y oportuna.
Cuando se produzca un accidente con lesiones a un trabajador(a), debe prestar atención preferencial al trabajador lesionado, detener los trabajos e informar de inmediato al administrador y experto en prevención de riesgos del contrato.
Dar cumplimiento de lo establecido en las bases del contrato e inspeccionar la ejecución de un trabajo o servicio.
Dar cumplimiento de las medidas técnicas y de prevención de riegos que permitan la correcta ejecución del trabajo o servicio, a través de auditorías e inspecciones en todas las áreas donde se desarrollen trabajos con Empresas Contratistas.
Respecto a las labores en las cuales se ve involucrado, cumplir con los procedimientos que implica la acreditación, certificación y mantención de Normas ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 y OSHAS 18001:2007

ESPECIFICACIÓN DEL CARGO / (POSITION SPECIFICATION)

REQUERIMIENTOS TÉCNICOS / (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE)

**Educación**: Profesional
Ingeniero(a) de Ejecución o Ingeniero(a) Civil Mecánico o Eléctrico o Electrónico
En caso de no acreditar una de estas carreras, se exigen 4 años de ejercicio en labores similares comprobado

**Experiência**:
Mínimo 6 años en el rubro de la minería.
Mínimo 4 años en equipos Metso.

**Formación (Conocimientos Esperados)**:
Conocimientos en Hidráulica, Metrología, Lubricación, Seguridad Industrial, Mecánica e Instrumentación, lectura y comprensión de parámetros de funcionamiento
Conocimientos basicos en sistemas Lógicos de Control (PLC), Instrumentación, Sistemas Eléctricos.
Interpretación de planos.
Conocimiento de equipos Metso
Computación, Office nível usuario (Excel, Word, PowerPoint y Project), Lotus
Inglés Técnico, escrito y hablado nível medio

**Otros Requisitos**:
Licencia de conducir clase B
Apto para trabajos en altura geográfica (+4.000 m.s.n.m)
