Supplier Enablement Specialist

- Coordinate new supplier registration & onboarding, which includes the following:

- Communicate with and train the suppliers on the Coupa Supplier portal
- Offer appropriate invoice submission options based on each supplier’s characteristics
- Collaborate with AP Vendor team and procurement, for setting suppliers up in the system for purchasing and payment transactions.
- Interface with the supplier community
- Coordinate existing supplier enablement (Coupa) set-up in liaison with AP Vendor, Contact Center, and Supply chain Teams.
- Manage and prioritize Coupa tasks (Verify Supplier Enrollment) in accordance with the process.
- Resolve inquiries from suppliers and internal customers coming through the ticketing system (helpdesk) and related to the Coupa platform support.
- Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience
- Strong communication skills to interface effectively across functions, and appropriately with external suppliers
- Self-starter that can identify and create tasks to help reach company goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service & complaint management
- Excellent proficiency in time management and ability to assess and assign priorities accurately
- Ability to display judgment and make decisions independently
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a high level of organization
- Ability to prioritize tasks and proactively deliver results to meet varying deadlines
