**What You Can Expect**:
Responsible for the operational excellence function and the execution of all programs and initiatives to help build a culture of continuous improvement within the Operations and Logistics Management, particularly in the Warehouse area, aligned with key strategic objectives.

**How You'll Create Impact**:

- Responsible for the inventory team and ensuring that objectives are met in terms of inventory days, cost, adherence to the scheduled calendar (cyclical and consignment counts), and returns to the factory.
- In charge of developing, controlling, and recording the inventory counting process for consignment stock, transit goods, and the main warehouse.
- Responsible for annual audit plans, implementing improvements in critical areas, and ensuring follow-up on the results of previous audits to achieve continuous improvements in the process.
- Responsible for maintaining and executing the cost-saving program, tracking metrics, and reporting within the warehouse.
- Responsible for implementing Operational Excellence initiatives and monitoring their progress.
- Assist the leadership team in selecting and prioritizing projects that align with the company’s goals and strategies.

**Your Background**:

- Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field with certification.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience required.
- Internal audit experience highly desirable.
- Experience in the healthcare and medical supplies industry highly desirable.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Travel Expectations**:
Minimum of 5% to 10%.
