**Descrizione e Requisiti**:
La línea de negocios Enel Green Power and Thermal Generation está reclutando para el cargo **Wind Resource Specialist**, quien será la persona responsable de ejecutar estudios y análisis de proyectos eólicos identificando áreas con alto nível de disponibilidad de recursos y aplicando metodologías y técnicas en línea con los objetivos Enel, con el fin de contribuir a lograr los objetivos de los proyectos.

**¿Qué vas a hacer?**
- Evaluar el recurso eólico y estimar la producción de energía de los proyectos en fase de Desarrollo y Operación, incluyendo un análisis de incertidumbre.
- Definir campañas de medición de recurso y gestionar la instalación de estaciones de medición y tratamiento de datos.
- Definir y optimizar los diferentes escenarios de configuración del proyecto, en términos de tecnología, disposición, posible capacidad instalada y generación de energía.
- Con el apoyo de la Unidad de Procurement, seleccionar los equipos de generación más apropiados para el proyecto específico.
- Apoyar a las demás Unidades de la Organización en la verificación de las Garantías de Cumplimiento (según se define en los contratos celebrados por la Organización con Proveedores externos) de las Obras realizadas por los proveedores.
- Desarrollar, crear y actualizar periódicamente la guía de organización y las herramientas técnicas internas.
- Implementar normas, procedimientos y estándares técnicos propios de la especialidad.

**¿Cuáles son los conocimientos y experiência que buscamos?**
- Personas con formación en Física, Geofísica (deseable con especialización meteorología), Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Aeronáutica con al menos 2 años de experiência.
- Deseable que manejes inglés nível intermedio.
- Necesitas saber sobre análisis de datos de viento, definición y seguimiento de campañas de medición del recurso eólico, diseño y optimización de layouts, realización de estudios de recurso eólico incluyendo estimación de pérdidas e incertidumbres y elaboración de informes técnicos en inglés.
- A su vez, será valorizado conocimiento y experiência en empresas desarrolladoras, consultoras del sector, o fabricantes de aerogeneradores, estudios de pre-factibilidad técnica de plantas eólicas, revisión/verificación de layout y estaciones meteorológicas, verificación de idoneidad de las máquinas y optimización del proyecto, normativas técnicas del sector (ej. IEC 61400), modelización con instrumentos CFD, seguimiento de campañas de medición de curva de potencia, estudios de ruido y sombras, manejo de WindSim, Meteodyn, Excel Macros, Matlab y AutoCad.
- Además, debes tener manejo de Windographer, Openwind, WindFarmer y/o WindPro, Global Mapper, Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Access, Project, Outlook, Communications tools (Teams, Yammer).
