This company is a leading global provider of professional project and asset services in the energy, chemicals, and resources sectors. With a strong presence in the Netherlands, we are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team.

**Functie-omschrijving**:
This role will involve routine documentation and clerical duties associated with monitoring creditor accounts, with oversight of the GL and AP accounting team both locally and in remote offices.
Specific Accountabilities:

- Manage the Outlook mailbox, receiving invoices and other accounts payable documentation
- Assist in coding accounts payable documentation for projects
- Submit and monitor coded accounts payable documentation into the ticket system for the Shared Service Centre
- Obtain necessary authorizations for payments in line with standard procedures
- Assist with Timecard Administration as required

**Functie-Eisen**:
Preferred Experience:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for mailbox management
- Experience with project coding of accounts payable documentation
- Familiarity with ticketing systems for shared service centers
- Ability to obtain authorizations for payments following standard procedures
- Familiarity with timecard administration processes is advantageous

Non-negotiables:

- Graduated MBO Student (level 4) in Business Administration
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative environment
- Proficiency in English communication

**Aanbod**:

- 28-32 hours per week, with full-time options available upon discussion
- Hybrid working schedule, with a minimum of 2 days in the office and remaining hours working from home
- Part-time days off cannot be scheduled on Fridays
