**PROPÓSITO DEL PUESTO**:
Brindar asistencia técnica para el soporte de la base de instalada de sistema de Control DeltaV, contratos de mantenimiento y asistencias técnicas ante requerimientos de los clientes.

Realizar tareas de Ingeniería, configuración, migraciones, upgrades, pruebas y puesta en marcha de sistema de control DeltaV.

Participar en la elaboración de standard y especificaciones técnicas que permitan optimizar los servicios brindados por la división.

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- Ser el punto de contacto en terreno con el cliente para la definición de necesidades, alcance, métodos, y todo tipo de seguimiento técnico relacionado con Servicios.
- Velar por la aplicación de estándares y normas de calidad de la organización (SMO, QA, etc)
- Participar en las actividades de configuración, programación e ingeniería de servicios.
- Participar en tareas de test y puestas en marcha de servicio.
- Buscar oportunidad de mejora, estandarización, sistematización de los procesos y tareas.
- Dar respaldo técnico al área comercial, en elaboración de propuestas que abarquen Sistemas de Control Distribuido
- Participar en actividades de capacitación técnica a otros miembros del equipo y/o a clientes.
- Mantener informado sobre el estado de situación técnica de los servicios en ejecución al Coordinador de Servicios y/o Gerente de Operaciones según corresponda.
- Adoptar y generalizar la utilización de Clarity en los servicios que trabaja
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las novedades, nuevos templates, requerimientos del SMO, así como velar por el cumplimiento de las directrices allí establecidas
- Aplicación continua de los procedimientos de HSE en los servicios que participe.
- Atender todo entrenamiento de carácter obligatorio dispuesto por la compañía, como ser los relacionados a Trade Compliance y toda temática relacionada a cumplimiento de normativa legal y/o corporativa, pudiendo además ser referente en dichos temas si así se le requiera.

**Perfil**:

- Ingeniero eléctrico, electrónico o afín con al menos 3 años de experiência en tareas similares y como líder de grupo.
- Experiência en implementación de proyectos de mediana magnitud relacionados con control de procesos industriales.
- Experiência en sistemas de control DCS y/o PLC.
- Experiência en protocolos industriales (Foundation Fieldbus, Profibus, Devicenet, Modbus, Opc, etc).
- Manejo en documentación técnica (elaboración de informes, interpretación de planos, etc.)
- Condiciones para el trabajo en equipo.
- Conocimiento de inglés oral y escrito (Nível intermedio)
- Alta disponibilidad para viajar dentro aproxidamente un 60% del tiempo y fuera del país ocasionalmente.
- Probada experiência en sector industrial.
- Conocimientos en sistemas de gestión de calidad
