**Business Development Manager Junior-Microsoft**

**La posición**: Buscamos PDM Jr. Microsoft para el equipo Microsoft en Ingram Micro Chile.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Definir y ejecutar estrategias comerciales Cloud para cumplir y sobrepasar proyecciones de ventas trimestrales y anuales.
- Realizar calls/reuniones semanales/mensuales/trimestrales con los Top Partners para revisar pipeline, realizar forecast y definir estrategia comercial.
- Informar las distintas iniciativas comerciales, nuevos lanzamientos o modificaciones de licenciamiento, campañas y eventos a los Partners.
- Onboarding de nuevos Partners (canales) en ecosistema Ingram Micro, Ingram Micro Marketplace y Microsoft.
- Construir y velar por una buena relación con los Partners y Microsoft. Escalar potenciales problemas o requerimientos especiales.
- Realizar entrenamientos/webinars comerciales, de licenciamiento y del funcionamiento del Marketplace de Ingra Micro.
- Gestionar creación de campañas de marketing y eventos de generación de demanda para Partners.
- Apalancar la estrategia comercial aprovechando el gran portafolio de soluciones de Ingram Micro e Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace, prospectando oportunidades de Cross-Selling y Up-Selling.
- Identificar y obtener certificaciones requeridas por la marca para la línea de Modern Workplace.
**Experiência necesaria**:
- Título profesional de Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Civil Industrial o carrera afín.
- Experiência mínima de 1 año en áreas comerciales.
- Experiência en negocio Cloud o venta de licenciamiento por suscripción.
- Fuerte conocimiento del mercado TI local y una visión estratégica para los negocios.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Inglés Intermedio (oral y escrito).
**Deseable**:
- Experiência en asesorías y ventas consultivas de licenciamiento por suscripción o cloud a Resellers/Clientes Finales.
- Conocimiento sobre licenciamiento Microsoft CSP
- Certificaciones Microsoft de nível Fundamentals y/o Intermedio (MS-900, SC-900, MS-500, PL-900).
- Conocimiento de programas y plataformas Microsoft para Partners: One Commercial Partner, Surestep, Fast Track, Partner Center, LATAM PArtner One, entre otros.
- Conocimiento de SAP, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Teams a nível usuario.
