As a Field Sales Manager (FSM) for Public Sector, you will manage a team of Field Sales Representatives (FSR) who sell Google's new and existing Public Sector accounts related to different pulic entities across Latin America (LATAM). You will leverage existing relationships with C-level executives, develop new relationships, and act as a trusted business partner to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will participate actively in all aspects of building the business, including attainment of assigned strategic objectives, business planning, demand generation, account engagement, and acquisition/account-based marketing activities. You will advocate the innovative power of our products to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead account strategy developing business growth opportunities, collaborate with Customer Engineers and Google Partners to create new opportunities to lead Public Sector customers through the entire business cycle.
- Represent Google's territory in business planning, town halls, and team meetings, reporting accurate and timely forecasting and business performance.
- Travel to, and present at, customer meetings, conferences, and other related events as needed, acting as an advocate for Google Cloud, products, and customers.
- Manage the Public Sector Manufacturer Change Order (MCO) cloud Sales team, building an inclusive and thriving growth culture. Focusing on talent strategy and skills development to exceed business goals for your territory.
- Build and develop key government officials relationships acting as a consultant for their business challenges, influencing long-term strategic direction, understanding their technology footprint and strategy, growth plans, business drivers, and competitive landscape.
