**Job Opportunity: Spanish Speaking Sales & Retention Executive**
- **Main Duties and Responsibilities**:*_
- Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into active clients.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Meet or exceed sales call targets and maintain communication standards compliant with the company's guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed on financial market regulations and ensure exceptional service levels through various communication channels.
- Facilitate client onboarding, enhancing overall satisfaction and providing feedback for business improvement.
- Holds a degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or retention, preferably in the financial sector.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional language skills are beneficial.
- Knowledgeable about the regulatory landscape of financial markets.
- Possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
- Open to working evening shifts to accommodate business needs, with a competitive salary and commission structure. A hybrid work model is supported.
