**Oncology Strategic Account Representative**
Responsable del manejo integral del proceso de prescripción-compra-rotación en instituciones clave estableciendo distintas estrategias comerciales como también promocionar, vender y dar soluciones con respecto a las marcas a cargo a los profesionales de la salud que están autorizados para prescribir. Desarrollar y asesorar a los clientes asignados (instituciones públicas y privadas, farmacias, otro) realizando labores de inclusión de productos de Oncologia en los listados de medicamentos apoyándose y coordinando acciones en conjunto con las otras áreas de la unidad de negocio.
**Responsabilidades**:
- ** Promoción y relación con profesionales de la salud**
Promocionar productos de GSK a médicos, químicos farmacéuticos y otros profesionales de la salud mediante visitas presenciales y virtuales, desarrollando nuestras marcas en el mercado.
- ** Participación en eventos estratégicos**
Representar a GSK en congresos, cursos y eventos organizados por marketing, fortaleciendo la visibilidad de nuestras marcas.
- ** Gestión técnica con químicos farmacéuticos y farmacias**
Comunicar aspectos técnicos de nuevos productos a químicos farmacéuticos y encargados de compra para impulsar la presencia de nuestras marcas en instituciones clave.
- ** Plan de acceso y desarrollo institucional**
Diseñar y ejecutar planes para la inclusión de productos de oncología en instituciones estratégicas, asegurando seguimiento y asesoramiento para el acceso y continuidad del tratamiento.
- ** Relación estratégica con instituciones**
Construir relaciones de confianza a largo plazo con instituciones públicas y privadas, apoyando la incorporación de productos en listados de medicamentos y colaborando con áreas como Medical y Acceso.
- ** Implementación de estrategias omnicanal**
Adoptar el modelo comercial y omnicanalidad de GSK para impactar a los profesionales de la salud, integrando herramientas digitales como webinars, correos electrónicos y reuniones virtuales.

- Profesional Universitario con estudios en área biológica (excluyente), Ciencias de la salud como también Administración y Gestión.
- Experiência de trabajo en terreno con túmores sólidos mínima de 3 años.
- Deseable experiência en tumores ginecológicos
- Conocimiento en acceso y ruta de paciente dentro de instituciones publicas y privadas
- Manejo de portafolio de productos de alto Costo.
- Manejo de paquete office intermedio
