**Basic Qualifications**:
**Education**:Bachelor Degree

**Experience**:2 **+ years of **Product Support, Product Sales, Parts and/or Service Marketing

**Knowledge**:Proven track record of growing and executing sales plans and achieving targets.

**Behaviors**:D **ata analytics skills including applied data interpretation and facts-based decision making. Self-starter with strong initiative, ability to work autonomously, positive attitude. Proven ability to work effectively in teams, making the team they are part of stronger. Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills.

**Language**:Advanced English

Experience working with Electric Power and Aftermarket

Experience with Caterpillar Dealers
Portuguese Advanced

**Job Duties**:
Deliver on Enterprise Parts Growth Targets. Drive Sales-to-Users (STUs) growth for the aftermarket services business in line with the Electric Power Division’s strategy in the assigned territory, communicated targets and by following established sales processes focused on the end customer. This will be achieved in close collaboration with assigned dealers where the incumbent will provide leadership, guidance, and counsel to optimize dealer’ sales force and sales processes effectiveness, in addition to leveraging opportunity management systems and processes to Caterpillar’s benefit, while recognizing and respecting independence of dealer.
- Deliver, in collaboration with the other divisions, the annual total business plan for the assigned dealer territory
- In collaboration with assigned dealer, develop and implement aftermarket solutions industry account plans for assigned high-opportunity customer accounts
- Adopt and be an advocate for sales funnel management methods
- Collaborate with industries to identify customer accounts for growth
- Develop aftermarket solutions growth opportunities & execute approved targeted marketing campaigns
- Optimize parts sales variance utilization within assigned budget to drive incremental top line revenue and deliver business plan
- Drive regular sales performance reviews with dealer and ensure implementation of corrective actions where needed
- Identify and track opportunity, report voice of customer/voice of dealer (VOC/VOD) in the CRM system; Develop local action plans, leveraging CRM and Customer Insights, to attack lost sales
- Partner with dealers’ Parts & Service Sales Managers and their PSSR/ISR/Parts Counter organization to influence sales force effectiveness for improving aftermarket solutions sales management, marketing and operational capabilities
- Manage the Travel and Expense (T&E) Budget.
- Partner with & influence other internal parties to ensure general customer needs are met for an effective commercial relationship
