Estamos buscando al próximo cambio de juego que se una al equipo como **Head of Recruitment and Selection**. Para este rol, trabajarás de forma remota, por lo tanto deberas residir en **Santiago de Chile **.

**Objetivo del Cargo**:Liderar y formular estrategias para el equipo de reclutamiento LATAM.

**Responsabilidades**
- Responsable de actualizar las estrategias de reclutamiento actuales y diseñar nuevos procesos.
- Establecer KPI´s que permitan un seguimiento constante del progreso de los procesos.
- Establecer y contratar las mejores combinaciones de talentos según las necesidades que presenten los clientes.
- Desarrollo de equipos.
- Responsable de la planificación estratégica de los OKR´s y cumplimiento de los mismos.
- Establecer contacto con los clientes.

**Requisitos**:
**Hard Skills**
- Profesional en psicología, administración de empresas, tecnología o afines.
- 6 años en reclutamiento, 3 años en gerenciamiento de equipos.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Metodologías ágiles.
- Estrategias de crecimiento.
- Conocimiento de ATS.
- Creación y desarrollo de KPI´s.
- Estrategias de mercadeo.
- Visión estratégica del reclutamiento.
- Comunicación clara y segura.
