About the company:

As a leading fintech firm reshaping trading and investing, we're seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to drive our growth in Latin America. This pivotal role involves establishing our brand and expanding our market presence. The Head of Marketing will develop and implement a strategy tailored to local audiences, initially managing campaigns hands-on and later building and leading a local marketing team. Adaptability and strategic thinking are key to success in this role.

  • Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy for the company in line with global company goals.
  • Hands-on management of initial marketing campaigns , collaborating closely with freelancers and external agencies .
  • Effectively plan and distribute budgets for campaigns , freelancers, and agency collaborations.
  • As the business expands in the region, gradually recruit, develop, and oversee a local marketing team.
  • Tailor global marketing initiatives to suit local market dynamics and customer preferences.
  • Forge strong partnerships with local media, influencers , and strategic allies to boost brand visibility and credibility.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and provide reports on ROI and market reach.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Demonstrated t rack record in marketing management, preferably in fintech or financial services, with 3-5 years in leadership.
  • Profound understanding of the Latin American market, particularly Chile , adept at tailoring strategies to local nuances.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is a must.
  • Experience collaborating with in-house teams as well as external agencies and freelancers .
  • Exceptional communication , negotiation , and interpersonal abilities , adept at stakeholder engagement.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution, consistently delivering tangible outcomes.
  • Capacity to thrive autonomously in a rapidly evolving environment.
