Procurement Lead

**The Position**
- As Procurement Lead you will be responsible for leading and supervising all acquisition activities and purchases of goods and services necessary to guarantee the operation of the business. This position requires a combination of leadership and communication skills, negotiation experience, supplier relationship management and analytical skills.**Activities and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement efficient acquisition strategies for the company.
- Develop strategies to drive simplicity around the processes you lead.
- Identify opportunities for synergy, savings and efficiency in acquisition processes.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to guarantee the best terms and prices.
- Monitor compliance with contractual agreements and manage relationships with suppliers.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price and reliability criteria.

**Required Qualifications**
- University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Fluent oral and written English level.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Procurement or Purchasing roles.
- Strong knowledge of purchasing management systems: preferably SAP, COUPA, Oracle.
- Analytical, problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and assimilate data for critical business decisions in a timely manner in the effective management of procurement projects.
