Reporting to the Americas Real Estate Leader, you will work on a variety of projects to support the corporate real estate team with various aspects of real estate project coordination. As a Real Estate Project Coordinator, you will be the conduit between members of the corporate real estate team both internal and external to GHD. You will gather, sort, interpret, and maintain information from a variety of sources to move projects forward in a proactive manner. You will help ensure that our documentation, payments, and project communications are up to date and in compliance.

This position can be based in any one of our major office locations in the United States or Canada, or remote.

**Specific responsibilities in this role will include**:

- Scheduling meetings and communicating to appropriate team members in order to move the real estate process forward
- Expenses reports for rents and real estate team
- Approving invoices for various vendors in BST10
- Setting up new vendors in SalesForce
- Monitor and manage the Real Estate Inbox
- Extracting data from commercial leases into the portfolio management software
- Work closely with team members and assist on capital projects and tenant reimbursements, verifying and paying invoices, assisting with change orders, purchasing and PO’s
- Serve as a resource to multiple internal customer groups such as finance, real estate, AP and AR, and the business.
- Manages document controls throughout the lifecycle of assessment through execution and implementation.
- Provides monthly updates on real estate locations in the Americas
- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of project objectives.
- Attends regular real estate meetings and inserts notes into the system
- Supports other key initiatives and strategies
- Additional duties and projects as required.

**For success in this position, you will possess the following skills and qualifications**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in a project assistant/coordinator role
- Able to read, understand, and interpret a commercial lease or the desire to learn
- Strong process and organization skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft office, with advanced Excel capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work both within a team and independently while interacting with internal clients and interdependent functions
- Smartsheet experience preferred
- Legal experience preferred
- Executive Administrative Professional experience preferred
