**What Will My Functions Be?**

As a Payroll Specialist at Auxadi, you will play a crucial role in optimizing payroll processes through the integration and use of advanced technologies. Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Payroll Processing**: Handle the calculation, production, and delivery of payroll using ensuring accuracy and compliance with current labor laws.
- **Technology and Processes**: You will use processes to streamline payroll tasks and improve efficiency.
- **Compliance Management**: Ensure all payroll-related obligations with social security, health entities, and local authorities are met.
- **Labor Record Management**: Manage employee records, including registrations, discharges, and contract adaptations, using digital platforms.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with your team to deliver comprehensive and accurate services.

**What do you need to be a potential Auxadi member?**

We are currently looking for payroll specialists with experience in professional services firms.

In addition, it is important that you are:

- ** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Accounting**:

- **Fluency in English**:

- **Previous experience of at least one year**:
