El proposito Garantizar que los clientes integren sus sistemas con Fracttal de manera que añadan valor a sus procesos y faciliten la gestión de mantenimiento.
Actúa como un experto técnico, ayudando a los clientes a integrar sus procesos de mantenimiento con Fracttal a través de APIs o Fracttal HUB.
Participar en actividades de pre-venta, tanto presenciales como virtuales.
Definir técnicamente y establecer el alcance de los proyectos.
Gestionar los proyectos con el apoyo de las áreas relacionadas, garantizando una implementación exitosa.
Tu misión Apoyo en Pre-Venta: Asesorar proactivamente al cliente, basados en el análisis de sus necesidades de comunicación y las soluciones de integración de Fracttal .
Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para identificar las necesidades técnicas de los clientes.
Asistir en la preparación y presentación de propuestas técnicas, apoyando de manera presencial o virtual .
Asistir a eventos presenciales en la promoción de los productos de Fracttal.
Gestión de Proyectos en Post-venta : Actuar como el principal responsable del proyecto, asegurando una implementación exitosa del proyecto de integración al trabajar estrechamente con el equipo de tecnología.
Coordinar la ejecución y desarrollo de las actividades del equipo de tecnología durante el proceso de desarrollo e implementación, garantizando que todas las tareas se realicen de acuerdo con los plazos y estándares establecidos.
Servir como el punto de contacto principal para los clientes, proporcionando actualizaciones regulares sobre el progreso de la implementación y gestionando sus expectativas.
Supervisar las integraciones, asegurando que se desarrollen sin contratiempos y se cumplan los requisitos del cliente.
- Gestionar la resolución de problemas que surjan durante la implementación, trabajando con el equipo técnico para asegurar soluciones rapidas y efectivas.
Mantener una comunicación fluida con los clientes, garantizando que estén informados y satisfechos con el progreso y la calidad de la implementación.
Realizar asistencia presencial para brindar soporte al cliente, visitas a terreno en los casos que sea necesario.
Colaboración Interdepartamental: - Trabajar con equipos internos (tecnología, soporte, ventas) para asegurar una experiencia de cliente sin fricción.
Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes, actuando como punto de contacto principal y defensor de sus necesidades de integración para asegurar su satisfacción y fidelización.
Ayudar con la documentación de casos de éxito, casos de uso, creación de manuales y actualización de páginas web sobre APIs y Fracttal HUB .
Habilidades requeridas  Título en Ingeniería de Software, Ciencias de la Computación o campo relacionado.
Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en integraciones, gestión de proyectos o roles similares.
Conocimiento de ERPs, APIS, base de datos, sistemas Scada.
Capacidad para gestionar y coordinar proyectos técnicos, asegurando que se cumplan los plazos y estándares de calidad.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con la capacidad de interactuar efectivamente con clientes y equipos internos.
Habilidad para colaborar con diversos equipos internos para garantizar una experiencia de cliente coherente y satisfactoria.
