Estamos buscando al COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE SENIOR para un FREIGHT FORWARDER muy conocido en el mercado nacional e internacional.
Quien será responsable de generar nuevos negocios y expansión del mercado, además deberá gestionar y desarrollar las relaciones comerciales con los clientes estratégicos de la compañía, asegurando su satisfacción, rentabilidad y crecimiento sostenido.
Tareas:
DESARROLLO DE NUEVOS NEGOCIOS
* Identificar, prospectar y captar nuevos clientes dentro de los segmentos objetivo.
* Realizar presentaciones comerciales y propuestas personalizadas de servicios logísticos integrales.
* Elaborar cotizaciones y estrategias de precios competitivas en conjunto con las áreas operativas y de pricing.
* Negociar acuerdos comerciales y contratos bajo políticas de rentabilidad definidas.
GESTIÓN DE CARTERA DE CLIENTES
* Administrar y fortalecer la relación con clientes activos, buscando oportunidades de crecimiento (cross-selling / up-selling).
* Asegurar la correcta ejecución de los servicios comprometidos, gestionando junto al equipo operativo la satisfacción del cliente.
* Hacer seguimiento postventa para garantizar la continuidad de los negocios y prevenir deserciones.
GESTIÓN COMERCIAL Y ANÁLISIS
* Cumplir los objetivos de ventas, margen y crecimiento definidos por la gerencia comercial.
* Elaborar reportes de visitas, pipeline y proyecciones de ventas mediante CRM.
* Analizar la rentabilidad y desempeño de las cuentas asignadas, proponiendo acciones correctivas o de mejora.
* Monitorear tendencias del mercado, competencia, tarifas y condiciones logísticas internacionales.
COORDINACIÓN INTERNA
* Colaborar con las áreas operativas, customer service, pricing y finanzas para asegurar la viabilidad y calidad de las operaciones.
* Participar en reuniones de planificación y seguimiento de objetivos con la gerencia comercial.
Postular comentando expectativas de renta pensando entre base más comisiones.
