Nuestro cliente es una empresa multinacional de origen alemán con sólida trayectoria internacional, líder en la fabricación de sistemas de frenos para cintas transportadoras de minería. El entorno requiere alta precisión, gestión administrativa detallada y adaptación a la diferencia horaria con sedes en Alemania, Sudáfrica y Corea. El cargo reporta directamente a la Gerencia General.
Brindar soporte administrativo y operativo integral a la Gerencia General para asegurar la continuidad y eficiencia de las operaciones comerciales y administrativas en un entorno internacional altamente dinámico y manual. El desafío es gestionar labores de comercio exterior, cotizaciones, pedidos, facturación, coordinación logística y comunicación efectiva con clientes internos/externos, anticipándose a las necesidades de la gerencia y consolidando la cultura corporativa alemana de responsabilidad y puntualidad.
Preparar cotizaciones y realizar seguimiento a clientes (B2B).
* Enviar pedidos a casa matriz/proveedores internacionales y monitorear su avance.
* Coordinar y hacer seguimiento de despachos con bodegas, operadores logísticos y agentes de aduana.
* Organizar, reportar y controlar información operativa y comercial.
* Manejar y archivar documentación de oficina utilizando herramientas digitales (Excel, Office).
* Comunicar y colaborar eficazmente con subsidiarias, distribuidores y operadores internacionales.
* Asumir el control operativo en ausencia del Gerente General.
* ⏰ Cumplir y promover la cultura alemana de puntualidad, eficiencia y orientación a resultados.
Técnico profesional superior titulado en Administración, Comercio Exterior, Logística, Contabilidad o similar.
* Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en roles de asistencia ejecutiva, soporte administrativo o técnico comercial.
* Experiencia comprobada en procesos de comercio exterior, facturación, gestión documental y atención a clientes B2B.
* Inglés intermedio/alto (oral y escrito); alemán es deseable.
* Manejo avanzado de MS Excel y herramientas de Office.
* Conocimientos básicos de software contable.
* Capacidad multitarea, organización y atención al detalle.
* Empatía, comunicación asertiva y orientación al cliente.
* Vivir en Concepción o alrededores.
Horario: Jornada completa, horario de oficina.
