**Important responsibilities inthis role will include**:

- Lead Generation:

- Developproblem statements and hypotheses that Evalueserve is uniquelypositioned to solve through our ESG & Sustainability solutions.
-Create target lists of personas and prospects
- Lead cold outreachcampaigns with the SDR team and design the HubSpot sequences
-Attend and represent Evalueserve at relevant industry events.
-Lead the continuous creation of relevant ESG thought leadership suchas webinars, publications, podcasts, etc.
- Client Discussions andProblem Diagnosis:

- Research client to identify specificproblem statements.
- Create or tailor client-specific collateralto use to communicate with the client.
- Lead client meetings,conduct in-depth client discussions to diagnose unique clientrequirements, present Evalueserve’s value proposition.
- Manageinternal stakeholder alignment.
- Conduct client demos of ourtechnology platforms such as InsightsFirst or CarbonDetect.
-Proposal Development and Pricing:

- Lead the development oftechnical proposals and follow up collateral in close collaborationwith operations, product and sales teams.
- Pitch proposals toclients and lead any iterations.
- Work with operations and productteams to develop bottoms-up pricing proposals.
- Lead the creationof proposal templates for our standard solutions.
- Leadcontractual negotiations.
- Delivery:

- Lead projectteam-staffing mix. Collaborate with the operations team to assembleproject teams with the right skills.
- Lead project delivery tocompletion.

**Skills we’re looking for**:

- ESG andSustainability Expertise:

- Knowledge of how ESG issues areintegrated into corporate strategies, operations, and governance,including the ability to advise on ESG implementation within differentindustry sectors.
- Expertise in the connection between ESG metricsand financial performance, with a focus on their importance forfinancial institutions, including risk management, sustainablefinance, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance.
-Understanding ESG data providers and their methodologies, as well asthe ability to assess and recommend relevant ESG data sources tosupport decision-making and reporting.
- Proficiency insustainability reporting and emerging regulatory standards andconducting materiality assessments to identify and prioritize the mostrelevant ESG issues for a specific organization or industry.
-Expertise in assessing and managing climate-related risks andopportunities, including understanding carbon accountingmethodologies, greenhouse gas emissions, and the implications ofclimate change for businesses.
- Client Relationship Management andRenewals:

- Proven track record in sales, business development,and client relationship management.
- Ability to identify andengage potential clients interested in ESG and sustainabilityservices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills toeffectively convey the value of ESG and sustainabilityconsulting.
- Experience in tailoring ESG and sustainabilitysolutions to meet specific client needs.
- Demonstrated ability tobuild and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-starterand enterprising nature:

- Comfort with working in a dynamicand evolving consulting environment and influencing without formalauthority.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starting andproactive approach to work.
- Ability to work independently andmanage time effectively while meeting client needs and projectdeadlines.
- Willingness to continuously update knowledge andskills in the rapidly evolving field of ESG and sustainability.
-High level of self-motivation and a commitment to deliveringhigh-quality results.
