¿A quién buscamos?

Estamos buscando a nuestr@ próxim@ Customer SupportSpecialist, para que se una al equipo de Customer. Esta persona seencargará de atender las solicitudes de los clientes a través dediferentes canales de comunicación, asegurándose de brindar unaatención de calidad.

- Responder tickets de clientes por correo electrónico yteléfono.

- Traspasar tickets al equipo de Producto y/oIngeniería, realizando seguimiento a la respuesta por parte delequipo, para luego, dar aviso al cliente.

- Gestionarsolicitudes de clientes con diferentes equipos de la empresa.

- Cargar datos para clientes (pacientes, listas de precios,laboratorios, evoluciones).

- Profesional o técnico con al menos 2años de experiencia trabajando en atención al cliente.

-Persona analítica con alta capacidad de resolución de problemas.

- Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

- Manejo de excel nivelmedio.

- Experiencia trabajando enempresas del rubro de la salud.
