Responsable de firmar nuevos negocios dentro de una vertical de la industria, tanto para nuevos clientes como para algunos existentes. Enfocado en el servicio al cliente, garantizando que cada producto y servicio ofrecido supere las expectativas. Prioriza la atracción de nuevos clientes y el desarrollo de nuevos negocios.

¿QUÉ VAS A HACER?
  • Familiarizarse con todos los productos y servicios ofrecidos por nuestra compañía.
  • Contratar nuevos clientes a través del contacto directo, el boca a boca y la cartera de clientes personal.
  • Mantener relaciones significativas con los clientes existentes para garantizar su fidelización.
  • Sugerir actualizaciones o productos y servicios adicionales que puedan interesar a los clientes.
  • Negociar con los clientes para asegurar los precios más atractivos.
  • Revisar los comentarios de los clientes e implementar los cambios necesarios.
  • Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias de consumo para garantizar la relevancia de nuestras ofertas.
REQUISITOS
  • Titulado de Ingeniería Comercial, Comercio Exterior o carrera afín.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de Microsoft Excel.
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio tanto hablado como escrito.
  • 4 años de experiencia en FFW o Compañías Navieras.
  • Tener cartera de clientes.
  • Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Buen manejo kinésico y capacidad para generar confianza en el cliente.
  • Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y procedimientos.
  • Habilidades de planificación estratégica y gestión de ventas.
