Our international team of 1200 professionals and digital nomads works around the world. Customer Support Agent We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team. Responsibilities Consult customers on all raised questions related to our websites Work timely, speedily, and effectively with customer requests Resolve all customer issues with the goal of customer retention Promote our websites to customers when opportunity arises Maintain a high level of service quality Qualifications Fluent in English (Japanese, Spanish, Chinese considered a benefit) Experience working with international customers Fast typing skills in English Quick learner, able to absorb large volumes of information Psychological analysis of people and sensitivity to emotions Ability to swiftly navigate difficult situations and adapt to fluctuating circumstances Ability to provide professional solutions to complicated cases Stress resistant, energetic, initiative‑driven ‘Can‑do’ attitude, believes everything is possible Ability to provide outstanding quality service Benefits & Compensation Shift: 7:00 pm‑7:00 am UTC 2 days on / 2 days off cycle Remote full‑time opportunity Vacation: 28 calendar days per year 7 wellness days per year (personal time off) Bonuses up to $5,000 for successful referrals 50% payment for professional training, conferences, meetings Corporate discount for English lessons Health benefits: up to $1,000 gross per year per employee Workplace organization: company provides equipment or reimbursement up to $1,000 gross every 3 years Internal gamified gratitude system: bonuses, merchandise, team building, massage certificates, etc. Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Other Software Development (industry) Sounds good?
