Senior Consultant – Infor Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) We are seeking a strategic and proactive Senior Consultant specializing in Infor Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to join our growing Business Consulting team at EPAM. In this role, you will lead WMS implementation projects across multiple industries, advising clients and driving process improvements to achieve impactful business results. Responsibilities Advise clients on best practices in warehouse management to enhance business outcomes Lead and coordinate Infor WMS implementation initiatives from planning through post-go-live support Configure and customize the Infor WMS application to align with specific business and transportation strategies Drive process optimization and rationalization across Business object functions to meet client goals Build and maintain trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders in Logistics and Warehouse Management Serve as the primary interface for assignment sponsors and senior client staff Manage project deliverables to meet or exceed client quality expectations Work independently to prioritize tasks and adapt swiftly in a dynamic environment Provide clarity and structure when navigating ambiguity during project delivery Promote capability building and knowledge transfer within client teams Encourage collaboration and inclusivity within EPAM and client teams Identify and develop strategic relationships at individual, account, and organizational levels Commit to delivering solutions tailored to client needs and continually exceed expectations Requirements Extensive consulting experience with at least 4 years as Consultant Minimum 2 years of relevant Infor WMS experience including implementation in industries such as Transportation, Logistics, Retail, CPG, or Manufacturing Strong expertise in end-to-end Warehouse Management System business functions Demonstrated supply chain experience at global technology consulting firms, CPG companies, or retailers Proven thought leadership and subject matter expertise in WMS solutions Established network of senior industry professionals and ability to leverage relationships for business development Bachelor’s degree required; advanced education is a plus Ability to travel as needed Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and communication skills Experience managing blended utilization and new business targets Nice to have Advanced certifications in supply chain or warehouse management Experience with Transportation Management Systems Knowledge of additional business consulting frameworks Familiarity with logistics and distribution optimization tools Project management certification We offer International projects with top brands Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers Employee financial programs Paid time off and sick leave Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses Global career opportunities Volunteer and community involvement opportunities EPAM Employee Groups Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Business Development, Information Technology, and Engineering #J-18808-Ljbffr
