About the role The Principal Projects People Excellence plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic people priorities that equip BHP Projects with a future-ready workforce empowered, capable, and aligned to deliver long term value. You will lead initiatives that uplift capability across complex project environments, design learning experiences, and foster a culture of engagement and continuous improvement. This role requires strong collaboration with senior stakeholders and the ability to navigate dynamic, fast-paced settings. Responsibilities Develop and implement capability frameworks and role clarity across projects. Design and deliver technical and professional development programs. Drive organisational culture and engagement strategies. Lead learning experience design and delivery for diverse audiences. Provide insights on talent pipelines and succession planning. Facilitate communities of practice and knowledge sharing. Partner with leadership to embed capability uplift initiatives aligned to emerging needs. About You Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Adult Learning or related field, or demonstrated experience. Proven experience in HR, capability development, or organisational culture roles. Strong track record in leading capability programs from strategy through to delivery. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and navigating complex organisational landscapes. Certifications in change management, project management, or learning design (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, PMI) are desirable.
