Buscamos Sales Support Manager para nuestra oficina en Santiago de Chile Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Sales Support Manager para liderar al equipo de Sales Support en CMA CGM Chile , asegurando calidad de servicio, coordinación fluida con Ventas y una experiencia impecable para nuestros clientes. Propósito del rol El equipo de Sales Support cumple un papel clave habilitando a Ventas con información, herramientas y procesos que permiten interactuar con clientes de manera efectiva, precisa y oportuna. Responsabilidades principales Liderar y acompañar al equipo de Sales Support con reuniones, seguimiento y feedback continuo Coordinar con Ventas y otras áreas para alinear expectativas y necesidades del cliente Apoyar la preparación de cotizaciones y órdenes, incluyendo validaciones de tarifas y descuentos Asegurar exactitud y cumplimiento de tiempos en cotizaciones, órdenes y follow-ups Generar análisis y reportes sobre actividad comercial e interacciones con clientes Mantener conocimiento actualizado de productos, servicios y procesos internos Facilitar la comunicación entre clientes y equipos internos Realizar seguimiento a cotizaciones, consultas y órdenes para apoyar conversión y servicio Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en shipping (excluyente) Experiencia sólida en gestión de cotizaciones Conocimiento de CRM o módulos relacionados Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración Alto nivel de detalle y enfoque en data accuracy Capacidad analítica y de generación de reportes Inglés intermediario requerido.
