Descripción de la Plaza

TRESEX CONSULTORES está en búsqueda de un ACCOUNT LEADER para importante empresa.

Quien cumplirá funciones como:

  1. Analizar las oportunidades para cierre de negocios por el cumplimiento de metas de ventas.
  2. Coordinar planes de trabajo en conjunto con gerencia.
  3. Controlar el Ciclo del proceso de venta, promoviendo, difundiendo técnica y comercialmente los productos y servicios, sus alcances tecnológicos y diferenciadores, para asegurar la conformidad del cliente.
  4. Programar la generación constante de relaciones para mantener, mejorar y reforzar lazos de influencia con los clientes.
  5. Detectar proyectos de clientes en plantas.
  6. Evaluar oportunidades técnico-comerciales para la ejecución de soluciones.
  7. Coordinar y analizar las acciones de prospección, seguimiento y cierre de negocios en conjunto con el área comercial, para el cumplimiento de metas comerciales y estratégicas para la zona.
  8. Asegurar la programación de visitas a terreno y realizar reportes con la gestión comercial realizada.
  9. Coordinar y dirigir las acciones de prospección, seguimiento y cierre de negocios.
  10. Cumplir con las visitas programadas.
  11. Cumplir y hacer cumplir las gestiones para procedimientos y nuevas normativas establecidas por la organización en base a políticas de la compañía.
  12. Cumplir el Reglamento Interno de Orden, Higiene y Seguridad.
  13. Apoyar las gestiones para incorporar en las tareas habituales las normativas de Calidad ISO 9001, Seguridad ISO 45001 y Medio Ambiente ISO 14001.
  14. Apoyar para que se cumplan los procedimientos operacionales y estructurales de las normas de Medio Ambiente-Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional.
  15. Realizar las gestiones para asegurar el correcto uso de la matriz de poder en las distintas áreas de la organización.
  16. Entre otras tareas afines al cargo.
Condiciones laborales:

Contratación con Art. 22. (Empresa se rige con horario laboral). El cargo se desempeñará en el norte del país. Debe contar con disponibilidad de viaje a lo largo del país. Beneficios al pasar a contrato indefinido.

Requisitos:
  1. Estudios técnicos de automatización y control industrial, área comercial, o carrera a fin, deseable estudios de Ingeniería Mecánica, Industrial, Automatización, Control Industrial, Química, Comercial, carreras afines.
  2. Experiencia en comercializar equipamiento para plantas industriales.
  3. Conocimiento en estrategias para dar asesoría técnica.
  4. Conocimientos en negociación y manejo de cartera de clientes.
  5. Inglés técnico medio.
  6. Office Intermedio a Avanzado.
  7. Licencia de Conducir Clase B Vigente.
