We focus on driving business growth through effective buying and selling strategies, as well as maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers.
Summary of the role:
Manage the commercial relationship of existing and potential customers within an assigned territory in cooperation with the pre-sales, CSM, and other teams along Amadeus to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and profitability. Identify new business opportunities based on Amadeus values and commercial policies to contribute to sustaining and growing Amadeus market share and revenues, achieving long-term success with the customers.
In this role you'll:
Retain and grow existing market shares and revenues:
- Adopt a consultative approach
- Identify specific requirements and expectations for existing clients
- Follow-up with Customer Experience and ensure that customer satisfaction is increased
- Identify new opportunities and propose solutions to improve customer profitability/efficiency.
- Develop customized account and account development plans (ADP) for each client and update CRM with all opportunities related to customers
- Develop Amadeus share of wallet for customers in the portfolio to increase Amadeus market share
Manage all commercial matters related to accounts:
- Execute & process the operational requests received from customers
- Ensure that customers use Amadeus technology effectively and that established performance, productivity & service metrics are achieved
- Cascade the information of new product & solution releases to customers in a timely manner
- Work with IT Sales/ITAM or Customer Solutions to retain and grow the IT portfolio
- Organize regular business reviews for follow-up purposes and deep-dive sessions on specific items
- Work closely with Commercial Operations to get business cases approved for renewal and development of market share
About the ideal candidate:
Relevant Work Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT solutions sales, marketing, account management, and/or project management in a commercial and business environment.
Education:
- University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Tourism, Engineering or equivalent IT related work experience
Knowledge, Skills and abilities:
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail. Ability to analyze objectives, consider options and plan.
Other:
- This position requires approximately 20% travel to Bolivia
