Strategic Partner - LATAM Region is responsible for developing, managing, and strengthening strategic partnerships across Latin America in support of VOX Solutions’ growth objectives within the telecom sector. This role focuses on identifying key regional opportunities, building high-value alliances, and fostering collaboration to drive mutual business success. Serving as an essential link between VOX Solutions and its partners in the region, the Strategic Partner ensures long-term value creation, supports market expansion, and aligns regional activities with the company’s global strategy. Reports to : VP of Strategic Partnerships LATAM Key interactions : Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal Key Responsibilities: Identifying the potentials, creating the strategy and conveying the strategic partnerships with MNOs or MNO groups concerning the A2P/P2A Messaging, VAS solutions, Interconnection and SMS Monetization services across region. Establish strategic partnerships amongst Mobile Operators in the region. P/L forecasting, analysis, responsibility. SMS A2P and VOICE Monetization Solutions. SMS A2P and VOICE Anti-Fraud Managed Solutions/Firewall Management. A2P/P2A Messaging. SMS A2P and VOICE Interconnection. Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and relevant events publications, and announcements. Delegate on the main congresses, events, or business gatherings such as: GSMA, Capacity, ITW, LAWC, COnecta, and any other one considered important for the company. Skills: University degree in business, marketing, economics or similar domains. Proven track record in sales and negotiations with strong customer relationships. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Good communication skills and capabilities to establish business relationships. Experience: Successful experience in working at/or with MNOs in SMS A2P related projects. Proven capabilities in consultative sales with large companies. More than 5 years of experience in the Telecom industry.
