Summary The Account Executive (AE), HR is a critical role responsible for driving new logo acquisition and revenue growth across the entire customer spectrum, from SMB through Enterprise accounts within the LATAM market. You will lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, solving complex HR challenges and leveraging your deep expertise in HRIS and related People Operations technologies. Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle, managing the entire customer buying journey for your dedicated territory, from outreach to contract closing, across both SMB and Enterprise clients. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets by securing new business and growing existing accounts within the LATAM market. Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to identify, prospect, and acquire target accounts that fit Deel HR solutions. Build a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, collaboration with the Sales Development Representative, and inbound lead management. Serve as the internal and external expert on HR technology, trends, and compliance for the LATAM market, advising prospective clients on Deel HR’s value. Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activity, pipeline data, and forecasts for business clarity and process improvement. Partner with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Legal teams to ensure a seamless transition and successful onboarding for new clients. Qualifications Required 3–5 years of high‑performance sales experience in a quota‑carrying, full‑cycle Account Executive role focusing on HR/People Operations software (HRIS, HCM, Payroll, ATS). Professional fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written). Track record selling B2B SaaS solutions to SMB, Mid‑Market, and/or Enterprise customers. Geographically based in LATAM with deep knowledge of the regional business and cultural landscape. Demonstrated ability to execute the full sales cycle, consistently closing new logos and growing existing accounts. High motivation, resilience, and resourcefulness in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, articulating complex concepts to HR leaders and C‑level executives in English and Spanish. Preferred Professional proficiency in Portuguese. Experience selling solutions related to global payroll, contractor management, or employer‑of‑record (EOR) services.
