Responsabilidades Monitorear y dar soporte a aplicaciones en ambientes productivos. Diagnosticar y resolver incidentes de forma oportuna (nivel 2 / 3). Analizar logs y procesos en Unix/Linux. Ejecutar consultas y troubleshooting en Oracle y MongoDB. Gestionar mensajería y flujos con Kafka / MQ. Operar y dar soporte a aplicaciones desplegadas en OpenShift. Trabajar junto a equipos de desarrollo y operaciones para garantizar estabilidad y performance. Requisitos Experiencia en Production Support / Application Support. Conocimientos sólidos en Unix/Linux. Manejo de bases de datos Oracle y MongoDB. Experiencia con Kafka y/o Message Queues (MQ). Conocimientos en OpenShift / contenedores. Capacidad de análisis, respuesta a incidentes y trabajo bajo presión. Dominio avanzado del inglés Valoramos Mentalidad proactiva y enfoque en la solución. Buen manejo de incidentes críticos.
