Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de NOMBRE DEL PUESTO para unirse a nuestro equipo:
  • Zona de trabajo: Perón 430, piso 5 , Capital Federal, Buenos Aires.
  • Horario de trabajo: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 hs.
  • Modalidad de trabajo: Híbrido
  • Tipo de contratación: Tiempo indeterminado

Estamos buscando FACILITY COORDINATOR para incorporarse a través de JLL al equipo de nuestro cliente, IMPORTANTE EMPRESA MULTINACIONAL .

Objetivo del Puesto:
La posición tendrá a su cargo diferentes proyectos menores de mejora de los espacios. Asimismo, tendrá a su cargo registrar la información para el armado del reporte mensual correspondiente a su locación, en cuanto a SLAs, KPIs, etc., manteniendo la satisfacción del cliente.

Responsabilidades:

  • Mantener el nivel de satisfacción del cliente en el área de Facility Management y dar soporte a los programas para incrementar la satisfacción.
  • Coordinar y supervisar mantenimiento.
  • Gestionar sistema de tickets.
  • Auditoría de limpieza y Space Planning.
  • Reposición artículos librería de insumos generales.
  • Onboarding a nuevos usuarios.
  • Organización de training, simulacros.
  • Reportes semanales del sitio y mantenimiento.
  • Trabajará con mudanzas y Space planning.
  • Coordinación proveedor fumigación.
  • Control y orden de los distintos storage del edificio.
  • Facturación, crear órdenes de compra, cargar facturación.
  • Colaborar en la coordinación de eventos dando soporte al cliente o JLL.
  • Asistir al Management con reportes de budget, conciliación de facturas, creación de órdenes de compra, reciclado, procurando todos los implementos necesarios para un desarrollo exitoso de la operación.

Requisitos:

  • Graduado universitario de ingeniería o arquitectura. O un técnico con experiencia de mantenimiento de Instalaciones Edilicias. O carreras afines.
  • Experiencia previa de 2+ años en coordinación y supervisión de trabajos de mantenimiento y limpieza.
  • Preferentemente, experiencia en mudanzas y conocimiento en equipos.
  • Se valorarán candidatos con alta orientación al cliente y al trabajo en equipo.
