The JobAs a Supply Chain Manager, you will enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Being a proactive member of the local Site Leadership Team, contributing to meetings, workshops & projects, acting as the central point of contact between Global Procurement and the site stakeholder.
- Managing Facility Management spend and procurement activities (soft / hard services) and other local Non-Production Related Procurement topics (e.g. CAPEX) in alignment with the Procurement Lead, while leading and managing the Site Buyer with the assigned areas.
- Leading the tactical procurement part within the 'Source to Contract' (S2C) process, such as executing RfQs, negotiating and contracting, mainly for above mentioned areas and/or Packaging Materials.
You'll Bring
- A University Degree in relevant field.
- Relevant practical experience with at least 3-5 years in a comparable role in a state-of-the-art procurement organization.
- Practical expertise in procurement processes and in supporting to develop & implement category strategies.
- Experience in managing and conducting negotiations as well as in supplier relationship management activities.
- Fluent business Spanish and English language skills.
