They combine technology, operations, and world‑class service to simplify legal processes. The Role We are looking for a detail‑oriented, process‑driven Project Coordinator to support its attorney Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys organising complex workflows, and takes pride in accurate documentation and smooth execution of recurring programs. Responsibilities Coordinate all administrative aspects of the attorney CLE program, including scheduling, registration management, and attendee communications. Manage CLE accreditation requirements and documentation across multiple states and jurisdictions. Develop and maintain project timelines, checklists, and standard operating procedures for CLE events. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all event requirements and deliverables are met. Process and track CLE certificates, attendance records, and compliance documents with accuracy and timeliness. Maintain organised databases and records of program participants. Support the Integrated Marketing Manager with project tracking, status updates, and deadline management. Follow established processes and workflows while identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements. Maintain structured, clear documentation of all work to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and program continuity. Requirements 2+ years of experience in program coordination and/or project management. Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail. Highly organised with experience creating documentation, SOPs, and project tracking systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar) and Google Workspace. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course administration, enrollment tracking, and reporting. Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus). A self‑starter who can work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision. Process‑oriented, compliance‑minded, and comfortable maintaining accurate records. Efficient, deadline‑driven, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment. Bonus: Familiarity with CLE requirements or legal education programs.
